Your state, city, pincode, and your provided delivery address information

Your order number and delivery number

Purpose:

To deliver your order items to the right place and contact you during this period

To record your order information in order to display the courier progress and manage those information

To ensure your payment successfully and create order number

We shall process the data upon your consent to these Terms. However, other legal basis may be applicable in the absence of your express consent as may be permitted by applicable laws. 3、Sharing and Transfer

vivo will either process your data itself or by use of its affiliated companies. Depending on the type and purpose of data processing, we may also share data with third-party service providers with your prior consent.

In order to provide you E-store service smoothly, your phone number, input name, phone number, email address, state, city, pincode, provided delivery address information, your order number and delivery number will be sent to Delhivery Private Limited.

Since we operate internationally, your personal data may be processed in different countries/regions. If we transfer your personal data to another country/region that may not maintain appropriate data protection standards, we will take all reasonable measures to make sure your personal data is processed safely and as stipulated within these Terms.

Withdrawal of Consent:

You may at any time choose to withdraw your consent to our processing of your data by tapping the Delete button, which may be found in “My Account”/ “My Address” of the Service. If you withdraw your consent, we will suspend processing your data in the Service until you re-agree to these Terms.
